The Chronicle Committee
Mission Statement

The Chronicle Committee exists to ensure the publication of a bimonthly internal newsletter. The committee's duties shall consist of the actual production of the newsletter, the long-term planning and policy making that guides the newsletter content and committee structure, and any other related special projects.

The Chronicle Committee shall consist of members including the board liaison, the editor(s), and one or two other members-at-large perhaps representing designers or regular contributors. Each committee member shall receive a work credit if not already receiving such credit elsewhere (see Work Credit Guidelines).

The committee is exempt from regular monthly meetings in favour of periodic planning sessions and frequent phone and e-mail conferences.

All changes in policy or procedure shall be reported to the board via the board liaison, but in all decisions regarding publication, the committee will act independently.
