Learn everything you need to know to make a rich, delicious, consistently wonderful, whole wheat sourdough loaf! This workshop will demonstrate the entire process from beginning to end. You will receive your own sourdough starter as well as access to an online hydration table and online mentoring afterwards. Participants are asked to bring a 500ml (or larger) wide-mouth jar.
